For the most part, I specialize in creating coal processing models, starting from extraction with subsequent detailing of every process (washing, briquetting, coking). My architecture incorporates everything provided by your enterprise’s technology: from stripping ratios, equipment quantity, and productivity to the optimization of material movement logistics. I create a digital twin of the enterprise that enables real-time efficiency management across the entire chain. The depth of my calculations identifies risks where others miss them: for instance, in the EPAL case, the model accurately predicted bankruptcy three years in advance due to a flawed expansion strategy.
